Impress guests with this trio of dips

Whether you're making a light snack or entertaining guests, these trio of dips are guaranteed to impress.

Serves: 4Prep: 15 minutes

Make a dip of your choice by mixing the base ingredients with a selection of the following:

Ingredients:Base for each dip:250g Onken Natural Set Yogurt, use 50g only for hummusSea salt & ground black pepper

Garlic & Herb:2 spring onions, finely chopped1 clove garlic, crushed1 tbsp chopped dill1 tbsp chopped chivesJuice ½ lemon

Tzatziki:½ small cucumber, deseeded, wiped dried and finely chopped¼ tsp smoked paprika1 clove garlic, crushedJuice ½ lemon1 tbsp chopped parsley

Hummus:400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained1 clove garlic, chopped1 tbsp tahini pasteJuice ½ lemonPinch of paprikaExtra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

To serve: A selection of chopped and sliced raw or chargrilled vegetables, olives, bread sticks, flat breads of your choice.

Method for each of the dips:Garlic & Herb:1. In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, salt and pepper with the spring onions, dill, chives and lemon juice.

Tzatziki:2. In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, salt and pepper with the cucumber, paprika, garlic, lemon juice and parsley.

Hummus:3. Place the 50g yogurt and salt and pepper in a small blender and add the chickpeas, garlic, tahini and lemon juice. Blend until combined. Scrape down the sides and blend again until the desired consistency. Add more lemon juice or seasoning to taste. Remove from the blender and sprinkle with paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Serve the dips with a selection of vegetables, olives, bread sticks or warm flat breads.
