Strawberry and honey fill-up smoothie
This is a serious energy booster. Drink either at the beginning of the day to give you plenty of energy to live life to the full or before exercise. It’ll keep you going faster for longer.
Serves 4
You’ll need a smoothie maker/blender
Ingredients
8 Strawberries, washed1 cup of oats or bran2 tbsp of honey2 tbsp of plain yogurt1 cup of skimmed milk
Method
Place all the ingredients in the blender and whizz up until nice and smooth. Serve straight away!
