Passionfruit waffles

Ingredients250ml Onken Light & Fruity Passionfruit yogurt250ml milk125g unsalted butter, melted and cooled3 eggs – beaten300g self-raising flour1 tsp lemon zest

Optional topping:Onken Light & Fruity Passionfruit yogurt, passionfruit, pomegranate seeds and honey

Method1. Preheat your waffle maker

  • Whisk together the Onken Light & Fruity Passionfruit yogurt, milk, butter and eggs and the lemon zest and set aside

  • Transfer the flour and lemon zest into a large bowl and make a well in the centre

  • Slowly whisk the passionfruit mixture into the flour and make a batter – don’t worry if there are some lumps!

  • Cook the waffles according to the instructions on your waffle maker until the batter is finished

  • Serve with passionfruit topping
