Santa's sticky sausages!

Our brand new cooking series with Nadia Sawalha sees her sharing her favourite festive foods, starting with her famous Santa's sticky sausages!

Serves: 8-10Prep: Less than 5 minutesCook: 20 minutes

Ingredients:36 cocktail sausages4 tbsp mango chutney1 tbsp nigella seeds1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method:

• Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4

• Bake the sausages in a roasting dish for 10 minutes, or until they start to turn brown. Toss in the mango chutney and separate the sausages in the roasting dish, sprinkling half with nigella seeds and add the sesame seeds to the remaining half.

• Turn the sausages to coat them in the mixture and bake for a further 10 minutes until nice and sticky
