Live to the Max with Maxine!
Dance and fitness queen Maxine Jones will be joining Lorraine at the forefront of the brand new campaign, Living to the Max, which aims to get you thinking, preparing and practising for what’s going to be our healthiest year yet!
Maxine tells us about her love for good food and exercise.
I find music magical, it takes me to a happy place where we're all dancing, smiling, having a great time and being nice to each other: what's not to love? The world needs more dance classes of all kinds.
"Even though I'm not a great cook, I have never been a ready meal girl. I cook all my meals from scratch, so I've got that covered as best I can," Maxine said.
"Exercise, on the other hand, I'm good at! I've always been committed to keeping myself in shape since a young age, swapping the school netball team for the gym when I started work. I've done every single class from Aerobics to Zumba and once you get the flavour for it, you're hooked, there is no going back.
"When you exercise, your body releases endorphins that give you a natural high, it's no surprise that people get addicted to the gym!"
