Living to the Max ... meet our ladies!
In the last year our lovely viewers have vowed to wow, kept their Bikini Promise and now we're going to be Living to the Max! It's our new health and fitness series with fun workouts, great tasting meal plans and lots to get involved with.
We'll be helping three groups of friends start the new year with a resolution that everyone can keep. They'll be getting their minds and bodies ready for a new year and a whole new attitude to fitness and eating healthily.
Sally B has created a four-week menu plan to get our taste buds flowing and our waistlines shrinking and Max has created an individual dance workout themed to each group of volunteers, helping each of our teams to Live to the Max!
Each team will be fitted with fitbits (aka Diva Monitors) as we track their progress over two months!
