Speedy omelette
Start your day on a healthy note with James Tanner's super-speedy omelette!
Serves 1Prep: 1 minuteCook: 1-2 minutes
Ingredients:2 large eggsSplash of waterPinch sea saltTwist cracked pepperLittle olive oil
Optional:Shredded smoked salmon, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes or any leftovers
Method:
Heat a medium non stick frying pan on the hob, crack and whisk the eggs in a bowl with the seasoning and a splash of water. Heat the oil and pour over the eggs, using a spatula move the eggs in the pan until they just start to set.
Using the spatula fold the omelette over so you have a half moon shape and slide or flip from the pan onto serving plate. Serve with any of the optionals from smoked salmon to tomatoes.
