Carrot and banana smoothie

Whizz up a smoothie to kick start your day with James Tanner's delicious yet healthy recipe!

Serves 1Prep and blitz: 1 minute

Ingredients;200ml chilled natural carrot juice1 small ripe banana½ tsp freshly grated ginger (optional)

Method:

Pour the carrot juice into a blender. Add the banana and ginger (if using) and blend until smooth. Add ice if you would like it colder.
