Iwan seems less Vicious in new role

I like to have as much variety as possible. I'd hate to be typecast and have to play a role like Ramsey all the time.

We're used to seeing Iwan Rheon playing an evil sadist in Game of Thrones but today he joined Lorraine to chat about his somewhat softer role in six-part series Vicious.

On working with acting royalty, Sir Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi, Iwan said: "It's very inspiring to work with people who have had such immense careers but still have the hunger for the work. They've not just stopped, they just keep making it better and better."

As if he isn't busy enough, Iwan is also a singer-songwriter and has just released his first album.

Vicious starts tonight and is on Monday's, ITV at 9pm.
