Calum Best reveals why he didn't think he'd make it to 30 and shares a powerful message about mental health

To mark Children's Mental Health Week, Calum Best visited a secondary school to address a group of teenagers about the importance of looking after their mental health and wellbeing and seeking help when needed. Calum is a Mental Health Campaigner for the NSPCC and Childline and speaks of his own experience of dealing with the loss of his father, George Best, and how his life would be very different had he not sought help. Calum also joins Lorraine in studio to discuss the impact his visit to the school had on shaping teenagers attitude towards mental health.
