Green goddess smoothie
The trick with all healthy smoothies is to get the balance right between fruit and veggies. You need a little fruit to bring the sweetness, but not so much that you overload on sugar. This is energy in a glass!
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:1/2 avocado, pitted and peeleda handful of spinacha handful of kale50g frozen pineapple chunks10cm piece of cucumber300ml cold water
Method:1. Pop all the ingredients into a food-processor or smoothie maker with 300ml cold water and blitz until smooth.
