Gluten-free full power smoothie
Rich in immune-boosting nutrients, Sally's gluten-free smoothie will give you full power to Live to the Max!
Ingredients
1½ cups water1 head romaine lettuce, chopped ½ head of large bunch spinach 3–4 stalks celery 1 apple, cored and chopped 1 pear, cored and chopped 1 banana Juice of ½ lemon
Pop everything except the banana and lemon into a blender and whizz up until smooth
Now add the banana and lemon and give one final whizz and serve
