Sally's easy salmon parcels
Skip the ready meal and instead try making this quick, easy and delicious meal of healthy fish parcels, made with honey, garlic and oregano.
Ingredients
1 salmon fillet10 cherry tomatoes1 clove garlic, crushed1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp honey1 tsp dried oregano10 french green beans - topped and tailedBlack Pepper
Method
Take a large, thick foil sheet and double over to strengthen.
Make into a parcel shape using your fist as a mould.
Place the salmon fillet and all the other ingredients in a little pile in the middle
Add the honey and soy sauce last of all.
Seal the parcel up, ensuring there is a little steaming room inside. (This can be stored in the fridge as a ready meal and popped into an oven preheated to 180C and cooked for 25-30 minutes).
Serve with brown pasta, rice or bread
