Creamy brussel sprouts
Love them or hate them, no Christmas dinner is complete without a serving of Brussels sprouts! Jazz up your festive veg with a splash of cream - and enjoy!

Ingredients:50g butter2 large cloves garlic, crushed1kg Brussels sprouts, finely shredded125ml double cream2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheeseSalt and black pepper
Method:
Melt the butter in a large wok-style pan, add the crushed garlic and soften on a low heat for 2-3 minutes, being careful not to brown.
Add a couple of twists of the black pepper and fry with the butter and garlic for no more than 30 seconds.
Add the shredded Brussels and stir fry until softened – about 7 minutes. Stir in the double cream and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the grated Parmesan and serve with the roast turkey.
