The time has come to vote for your Inspirational Woman of the Year 2018. We've whittled down our nominees to just three finalists who we've surprised throughout the week, get to know them and find out how you can vote...

Karen MorrisonKaren Morrison was nominated by her parents for her charity work to help reunite siblings separated during adoption/foster care. The primary aim of STAR, which was set up in 2012, is to provide the opportunity for regular, quality, supervised sibling contact for brothers and sisters who are separated in the care system or through adoption.

Karen WilliamsKaren’s been nominated because of her tireless work helping children suffering from domestic violence. Karen set up The Buddy Bag Foundation, which provides care kits for children who are displaced due to domestic violence. In the UK 48,000 children are forced to flee their homes each year and now thanks to Karen more than 15,000 British children fleeing domestic violence have received a ‘Buddy Bag’.

Andrea SmithAndrea was nominated by her friends and family for setting up the ASD football Academy specifically for children on the autistic spectrum. Andrea already has the support of Swansea City FC and is a very well respected woman in Swansea for her work with children with autism.
