Banana, chocolate and marshmallow pancakes
Satisfy your sweet tooth with Dean's decadent stack of pancakes filled with banana, chocolate and marshmallow! Heaven in a bite
Serves 6
Ingredients:80g plain flour1 large egg160ml milkPinch salt
Filling:3 ripe bananas sliced80g plain choc 70% cocoa80g marshmallows30g chopped almonds
Method:1. Sift the flour and add egg, milk and salt. Whisk and rest for 30 minutes.
In a lightly oiled 25cm crepe pan make the pancakes. Adding a small ladle of the mixture to a med heat pan, tilt pan until mixture fully covers bottom of pan. Lift the edge of pancake to check if browned and when ready give it a quick flip.
Meanwhile melt chocolate in a microwave or over a pan of simmering water. Add slices of banana and chopped almonds, adding melted chocolate and marshmallows. Roll and serve with vanilla ice cream.
