One in five of us have a 'work spouse' - a colleague with whom they enjoy a platonic relationship with... but could having a work husband or wife cause trouble in your real marriage?
According to new research, nearly two thirds of us look forward to work because of their partner - but only a third of those would introduce their work spouse to their real husband or wife.
Relationship expert Jo Hemmings says it's good to have platonic relationships, but ones of this nature should be trodden carefully.
However journalist Harriet Minter thinks a work spouse is good for stress management and it's possible for men and women to have friendship without risk of attraction. Watch the debate above.
