Team GB make a triumphant return
Team GB are just hours from home as they make a triumphant return to the UK. The athletes will be flying home on a plane named 'victoRIOus' after being voted on in a Twitter poll. The flight is named 'BA2016' is decorated with a gold nose. They're expected to land around 09:55 and hundreds are expected to meet them at the airport,
Ed Clancy and Philip Hindes share what their lives have been like since their own return to UK soil. Ed says: 'It’s nice just catching up with friends and families and people you’ve neglected.'
Laura Trott and Jason Kenny tell us what it's like to win at the Olympic games as an engaged couple.
'I definitely get more nervous for Jason's races than I do for mine' says Laura. She says that she can control her own races but without any control over his, she worries far more. Meanwhile, Jason's very cool during his races and he doesn't get nervous.
