Is this man the most sexist politician in the world?
They are weaker, they are less intelligent, they are less aggressive and so on
Janusz Korwin-Mikke, the EU Parliament member who said women must earn less than men because they are "weaker", spoke exclusively to Good Morning Britain in a sensational interview - on International Women's Day, no less.
Joining us from Poland he said: “I never said that the women should earn less, I only said that because they are shorter, they are weaker, they are less intelligent, they are less aggressive and so on and so on they earn less. By the way shorter men earn less than the tall men.”
Asked if women are less intelligent than men, he said: “Yes of course.”
He continued: “Women are shorter or weaker than men. Intelligence is only one feature of women. Of course they are less intelligent, several points on the IQ scale.”
As expected our presenters Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid didn't take such comments lightly, with Piers telling the Polish politician, "how can you say women are less intelligent than men when you say such stupid things?"
