A studio full of Olympic heroes!

We're Olympic-tastic as we welcome three Olympians into the Good Morning Britain studio! Jazz Carlin, Liam Heath and Nicola Adams will be joining us.

Olympic swimmer and silver medalist Jazz Carlin says: 'To exceed the medal target of London is an incredible feeling.' Back on UK soil, she says: 'We were in an Olympic bubble really. When we got off that plane ... it was just an incredible feeling,' adding that the 'hockey girls' took the title on the plane for the loudest.

The record-breaking Liam Heath talks about his return home on the famous flight: 'I was lucky enough to sneak up into first class. It was absolutely amazing … It was an awesome flight back.'

Whilst it was a holiday fun scheme that got Liam into the sport, but it was the end goal of being in the Olympics that inspired him. 'It's a dream for anyone.'

Now he's tasted success to become the greatest kayaker Great Britain has ever had, he plans to spend the next few days returning to a 'normal' life. Thinking about the next Olympics he says 'four years is a long time' and looks forward to just sitting on his own sofa!

Olympic boxer Nicola Adams went on to win gold, and shares a secret of her left hook with us.
