Weekend workout

It's the weekend, so you might have more time for working out today - and here Scott has a 30 minute routine to keep your fitness levels up.

Do this on Saturday and then on Sunday you can rest from doing any workouts - but it's still good to make sure you keep moving somehow, whether it's walking, swimming or another activity you enjoy.
