'Facebragging' is an expression used to describe someone who is constantly bragging about their life on social media. Recent remarks by divorce lawyers say that this digital version of Keeping up with Joneses is ruining relationships and worse still, can even lead to divorce. Ben and Kate chat to family law barrister Sophia Cannon about this digital dilemma.

Sophia describes the process as virtually 'looking over the fence' at what your neighbour has and warns that constant comparisons can lead to dangerous consequences. With social media available 24/7 Sophia explains that we are at the mercy of one of the most powerful algorithms in the world: Facebook. With that in mind maybe it's time to go on a digital detox!
