Lucy Silver hits out at the man who body shamed her

Lucy Silver was jogging in Ramsgate when a man shouted at her about the size of her bottom before driving off. Lucy thought the man was asking for directions as he rolled down the window, but he was just using it as an opportunity to make rude comments about her weight. In response to this horrible incident Lucy has hit back on social media posting a video explaining why she runs and why it's important not to indulge body shamers. Lucy's video has gone viral and has received well over 450,000 views
During the show a shocked Ranvir and Charlotte called for the man in the van to make contact with GMB to formally apologise to Lucy. Thankfully Lucy is not deterred by this horrible behaviour and will continue to run.
