Scott's here to start off your weekly workout but first make sure you've done his warm-up.

The full body routine takes five minutes. Depending on your fitness level, you can complete the routine once for a five-minute workout, twice for a 10-minute workout or three times for the the full 15 minutes. Whatever you decide, Scott is with you all the way!
