Lorraine Pascale
Lorraine Pascale is one of the UK’s most talented, versatile and highly qualified TV chefs.
Best known for her popular BBC cookery programmes, Baking Made Easy, Home Cooking Made Easy, and Fast, Fresh and Easy Food, Lorraine has also sold almost a million cookery books by the same titles, just in the UK alone.
Having spent her teen years as a catwalk model alongside Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss, Lorraine embarked on a more stable career within patisserie bakery during her early twenties. After gaining a first class honours in Culinary Arts Management (Patisserie) at the University of West London, she opened her own Patisserie in Covent Garden which she ran very successfully for five years.
Whilst having been head hunted to present her own series of programmes in the UK, Lorraine continued to run her own bakery outlets within London.
Lorraine’s previous book Eating Well Made Easy enjoyed best-selling figures which were supported by her appearances on programmes such as Saturday Kitchen, Lorraine’s Last Minute Christmas and The Nation’s Favourite Food alongside the Hairy Bikers.
