Jason Donovan: My singing voice is back after Botox treatment
Jason Donovan said his singing voice is back and as good as ever as he prepares to take to the stage for the 40th anniversary tour of War of the Worlds.
The singer sounded husky voiced as he spoke to Good Morning Britain following extensive therapy to restore his voice.
Donovan, who started having problems last year, had Botox injected into his throat by doctors as a last resort.
"Funnily enough it's not really affecting my singing voice, my performing voice, it's just more my speaking voice", he said.
Donovan and War of the Worlds musical creator Jeff Wayne spoke to GMB about the show's tour, which begins in November.
Donovan is currently on his 46-date Midlife Crisis tour, which will more than prepare him for his latest musical role.
