Have you ever been hit with a car parking charge outside a supermarket or hospital?
Nearly two million motorists received a car parking charge last year, ith some of them being fined up to two hundred pounds, after going over a time limit whilst parked on a privately run car park - often found outside supermarkets and hospitals.
