It was the crowning glory for Olivia Colman as she was named Best Actress for The Favourite, celebrating with an emotional and funny speech that broke all the rules.
Green Book won the biggest prize of the night as the surprise winner of best picture, a category largely expected to go to Roma.
Rami Malek was named best actor for his role as Freddie Mercury in the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody.
And let’s not forget, the duet that set tongues wagging between Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper!
It all added up to the most memorable Oscars ceremony in years.
Legendary Queen rocker Roger Taylor joined Mel B and Hollywood star Tatum O'Neal to pay tribute to Rami Malek's Oscar-winning performance, and described how it felt opening this year's show.
