Getting started
If you want to take part in the Eat More, Lose More weight loss plan here's what you need to do:
Find out if you need to lose weight. Many people use their BMI to work out if they are overweight, but here's a way that works for each individual. Get a tape measure and measure your waist. If it's over half the measurement of your height then your health could be at risk and its time to start losing weight.

Your food and fitness file
It’s a good idea to keep track of what you are eating every day for two main reasons; First of all, if you are losing weight and feeling great you can take a look at what you have been eating and doing and keep doing the same thing. Secondly, if you aren’t progressing as well as you think you should be then you can look at where you could be going wrong.
Print off this chart, stick it on your fridge and fill it in at the end of each day. Or if you have an app where you can keep track of your food and fitness then use that. It may seem like one more thing to do, but believe us, it works.
