The family of a businessman working for a major Welsh company say they are 'devastated' by his loss.
Phillip Rasmussen, from Aberporth, was killed when he was knocked off his bike on holiday in Menorca.
The dad-of-three, who was 47, worked at the Cardiff-based technology company IQE.
The family says Mr. Rasmussen 'lived life to the full'.
