The great Battle of Toad Hall is over and Mr. Toad is celebrating victory.

The Further Adventures of Toad

After overthrowing the Weasels in the battle of Toad Hall, Toad hosts a celebration dinner for his friends. He reminisces about his time in prison, escape from jail, his exploits with the barge woman, etc.

The rascally weasels trick Toad into their den and demand a ransom from his friends.

The Kidnapping of Toad

Invited to the weasels' den for a 'literary evening', Toad is taken prisoner, and is hazed by the weasels. Badger has no intention of paying for his return and instead opts to attack the weasels with Mole and Ratty.

Ghostly bangs and bumps in Mole’ s house are making him frightened.

Ghost at Mole End

While resting, Mole hears sounds which he cannot account for. It leads him to fear that there might be a ghost in his house. Mole seeks reassurance from Badger that the sounds could be the noises of growing tree roots, etc.

The Riverbankers are thrown into a turmoil when a steamer comes roaring down the river.

The Great Steamer

After Rat's house is shaken by the passing of a great steamer, he and Mole hear the calls of the riverbank youngsters, who have lost their friend Billy (a fieldmouse – not Billy Rabbit) in the commotion.

Poor old Badger is to be forced to leave his home.

Buried Treasure

The Chief Weasel visits Badger and Mole, revealing he and the other weasels have bought the part of the Wild Wood upon which stands the entrance to Badger's home.

Auberon Mole, the famous poet, is paying Toad Hall the honor of a visit.

Auberon Mole, the famous poet, is paying Toad Hall the honor of a visit. When it becomes known he is Mole’s rich cousin, Toad Rat, and Badger decide that Mole end is not smart enough to receive him –and neither is Mole.

The Weasels find a dangerous iron trap left by Man in Wild Wood. Disobeying the animals ancient code, they set the trap to catch and injure Badger. Rat and Mole hear the terrible cry of pain and set off to help –but they cannot get the trap open.

May Day celebrations are in full swing on the riverbank, and Toad, Ratty, Badger and Mole are enjoying all the fun of the fair. Toad fails miserably at "Test Your Strength"- he cannot even lift the mallet- whilst Badger breaks the bell.

Invitations are received to a fancy-dress party in Toad Hall, but when everyone arrives, there is no sign of Toad!

Toad invests in a motorbicycle. The blame is immediately put on Toad when the calm of the countryside is disrupted, and Toad cant convince his motorbicycle has been stolen.

Toad has bought a new telephone from the weasels, and is very excited about it.

The Weasels have sold Toad an electric telephone. With Mole’s help, Toad installs the telephone but learns from Mole that he cannot call Mole, Rat, or badger as they do not have telephones.

Toad’s latest craze is Astronomy. So he buys a large, expensive telescope.

It's holiday time, and Toad visits the palace at Hampton Court and sees the famous maze.

Inspired by a recent visit to Hampton Court, Toad has the maze his father had built many years ago restored to its former glory, and opens it to his friends.

Badger discovers that the local school has been temporarily closed.

Badger discovers that the local school has been temporarily closed.  While Badger, Rat and Mole make plans for alternative lessons, Toad decides that he can turn Toad Hall into Toad Hall Academy for the Children of gentlepersons.

Mole has been stricken with food poisoning!

Mole has been stricken with food poisoning! In the basket of remaining mushrooms, Badger is shocked to see a deadly poisonous toadstool. There is an antidote, a fungus, but even though Badger sends out all Mole’s friends, the fungus cannot be found.

Tea at Ratty’s finds Toad reminiscing about his last visit to London - Toad had called on Mole’s cousin, where Toad discovered ‘Cooking’.  Badger, Rat and Mole are invited to Toad Hall for the gastronomical experience of the decade.

One grey November morning a Stranger Weasel appears with a persuasive power and turns the Henchmen and Weasels against the Chief. The Stranger takes command and the Weasels go on a rampage, as the Stranger plans to take over Toad Hall.
