Moving day finally arrives and Terry puts himself in charge of operations. He thinks it will be a piece of cake but as usual he bites off more than he can chew and with daughter Wendy's arrival, it looks as though they might not be moving anywhere.

Terry and June’s new carpet doesn’t arrive, so their friend finds a reduced price cut-off.

The new carpet still hasn't arrived and Terry's boss and his wife are coming for drinks on Sunday. The neighbours offer to help as they know a man who can get them a carpet on the cheap, but the new carpet looks strikingly similar to the office one.

When his boss needs a new bridge partner, Terry and June teach themselves to play.

A Bridge too Far

Following an office visit from the Chairman of the Board, Sir Dennis Hodge, Terry volunteers to be his partner in a Bridge Tournament. The only trouble is, he can't play and now has only a week to learn.
