Sharp End, March 21st
Coronavirus restrictions are set to come to an end in Wales from Monday 28th March. We won't have to wear masks anywhere and won't legally have to self isolate if we test positive. Liam McConkey's been to Mountain Ash, one of the areas which at times had the highest covid death rate in the UK, to see if the town's ready to 'live with Covid'.
But as coronavirus rates continue to rise across the country, Owain Phillips has spoken with the First Minister to see if the plan is still on course to lift restrictions. As well as that, Mark Drakeford discusses the work his government is doing to help refugees fleeing from Ukraine. Owain also speaks to Reverend Aled Edwards about what community groups are doing here to help those travelling from Eastern Europe.
And joining Owain in the studio is Wales' outgoing Children's Commissioner, Sally Holland. They discuss the introduction of the smacking ban as well as the impact covid has had on young people and what needs to be done to help them recover from the impact of the pandemic.
