Following her husband’s death in 2015, mum-of-one Rachel Thompson was told by tech giant Apple that she wouldn’t be able to recover thousands of family photos and videos from his phone without a court order.
But after winning a three-year case against the firm, Rachel joins us today alongside her lawyer Matt Himsworth.
