Tube terror blast: Advice from a terrorism expert

An explosion on a rush-hour Tube train in Parsons Green is being treated as a terrorist incident, says Scotland Yard.

The London Ambulance Service says 18 people have been taken to hospital following a blast in a Tube carriage at Parsons Green underground station in south-west London at around 8:20 this morning.

None of the injuries are thought to be serious or life threatening.
