This Morning's Emergency Services Award winner!
Duncan Tripp has been awarded our This Morning Emergency Services Award after risking his own life to save climbers in danger on the UK’s highest peak.
After being surprised by Alice Beer live on Friday's show, Duncan said: 'There was quite a few times that we thought that this was not a job that we could complete but again all of us working together in parallel we eventually managed to rescue the guys.'

Alice Beer added: 'You say all of you working together, there were a couple of times where you said, actually no I'm now doing this and you took some extraordinary decisions that were the kind of decisions only you were trained to make.
But you did it and because of you 11 people came off alive and their families will be eternally grateful.'
