The World according to Karl Pilkington

Karl Pilkington is the radio producer turned thinker, philosopher and traveller.

After being sent around the world by best friends Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant for ''An Idiot Abroad', he ventured alone for his most recent series, 'The Moaning of Life'.

The five-part documentary saw Karl travelling the world to experience how other cultures face up to life's big issues.

Karl joins us this morning to talk about his new book, which accompanies the series.
