Experts are warning of the rising threat of cryptocurrency fraud, after the scams rose by 23% last year. And today, we're joined by someone who knows just how dangerous they are. Lisa - whose identity we're protecting - invested in a scheme on social media, which she believed was backed by Martin Lewis.
But things quickly spiralled - and before she knew it, scammers had stolen £40,000 from her account. Scared and too embarrassed to tell her friends and family, Lisa reached out to Trading Standards, where she was helped by scams officer Janet Quinn. They both join us this morning to share the shocking story, as well as their tips for protecting yourself.
