The schoolgirls who set up their own hedgehog hospital

Thirteen-year-old Sophie and Kyra aren’t your typical teenagers - rather than go out with their mates, they prefer spending their time caring for some rather prickly customers!

After setting up a fully-equipped hedgehog hospital and rescue centre in their garden, they’ve even caught the attention of Sir David Attenborough himself, who has commended their work.

Today we meet them along with a special patient - ‘Hoggy Willoughby’.
