Limoncello spritz
Method: Add prosecco, limoncello and soda water into a large, ice-filled wine glass and stir. Garnish with a wheel of lemon and mint sprigs.

Hugo Spritz
Method: Add elderflower liqueur to a large wine glass with 2-3 mint leaves. Lightly bruise the mint in the glass then add ice, white wine and soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon and mint sprigs.
St Germain Elderflower Liqueur£21.50, Waitrose
Paloma
Method: Half-salt rim a tumbler and fill with ice. Shake the tequila, lime juice and agave syrup with ice and strain into the glass. Top with soda and stir well. Garnish with grapefruit slices.

Jungle Bird
Method: Shake rum, pineapple juice, Campari, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker and strain into a tumbler over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple frond.

Hedgerow spritz (non alcoholic)
Method: Add Hedgerow and Rose Shrub Syrup to soda water in a highball glass over ice and garnish with chopped strawberries, cucumber and mint. For an easy alternative this can be pre-batched in a pitcher.
