Testing the King's wellness treatments from mud therapy to shirodhara
After wrapping up their 10-day tour of Australia and Samoa last month, King Charles and Queen Camilla reportedly recharged at an Indian wellness retreat. Soukya is understood to be one of King Charles’s favourite sanctuaries, even choosing to spend his 71st birthday there. Dr Vijay Murthy, a wellness practitioner who’s worked closely with members of the royal family, takes us through some of the treatments.
