Should Lord Alan Sugar lose his job?
Who knew the racism would come from the Houses of Parliament, where I work. A Lord, no less.
Lord Alan Sugar's BBC career was plunged into trouble yesterday after he sparked a race row by comparing the Senegal national football team to beach sellers. Hundreds of people slammed The Apprentice host's tweet and others called for his sacking. After initially failing to back down, Lord Sugar eventually removed the tweet and later admitted the tweet was 'misjudged' and that his attempt at humour 'backfired'.
But should Lord Sugar face hearing his catchphrase 'You're Fired' by BBC bosses? Joining us on the sofa is Labour MP Dawn Butler, who is urging the BBC to sack their star, and Lizzie Cundy who has defended Lord Sugar and says the tweet was a silly joke.
