Ross Kemp's Extreme World

Ross Kemp is the former soapstar who's gone from Walford to warzones.

Now a fully-fledged and Bafta-award winning investigative journalist, Kemp has spent the past eight years visiting some of the most dangerous places on the planet and meeting some of the dangerous people - from contract killers in Africa to drug dealers in Venezuela. In the process he has been shot at, held up at gunpoint and confronted by machete wielding killers.

Now he's going back for more as he returns to our screens in the third series of Extreme World. This time round Ross visits gangs in Rio De Janeiro, extremists in Northern Ireland and hijackers in Papa New Guinea.
