Quadruple amputee scaling new heights: 'I'm doing it for my son'
We first met inspirational Alex Lewis in 2014 after he contracted a horrific flesh-eating bug - losing part of his face, and all of his limbs.
But five years on, the 39-year-old has defied all odds by climbing 4,550m to reach the summit of one of Africa’s highest mountains, Ras Dashen.
The motivational speaker did so with the help of a solar powered handcycle and his life-saving doctor, Geoff Watson.
But his biggest motivator? His eight-year-old son, Sam. Alex and Geoff join us to discuss this incredible achievement, and what’s next for the fundraising duo.
