As of this weekend, people with a disability in the UK will effectively be working the rest of the year for nothing.
Shani Dhanda is a voice for the 14.1 million people in the UK living with a disability and knows first hand the challenges faced by people with disabilities having over 100 job applications turned down while she was at university.
Purple Tuesday, highlights the ways in which workplaces can become more accessible and how to help narrow the pay gap.
Shani joins us in studio to tell us more.
