Would you eat roadkill meat? The new head of the RSPB, Miranda Krestovnikoff, is trying to change everyone's mind and encourage people to make the most of these wasted ingredients, and is cooking actual roadkill for our presenters to prove how tasty it can be.
She'll be cooking braised venison stew, a favourite recipe for her and her husband, and more unusually, pan-frying fox.
