Our Pride of Britain winners: The Grenfell firefighters

It was lovely to see the Grenfell survivors and see the job they’ve done. It’s still so raw for many of us and I’m sure will be for many years to come

They’re the firefighters who really are the Pride of Britain after risking their lives in the Grenfell Tower fire in June of this year.

After winning our This Morning Emergency Services Award at last week’s ceremony, Matt Sephton and Julian Spooner become the first frontline firefighters to speak out about that fateful day, revealing the emotional and physical impact it had on them and their feelings at being honoured by the Duke of Cambridge at the Pride of Britain Awards.
