Lisa Faulkner's baked camembert

Ingredients:1 whole camembert (make sure it has been refrigerated)50g pecans chopped70 g apricot jam1 green chilli finely chopped
Method:1) Mix the chopped chilli and the jam together in a bowl.2) Take the Camembert cheese and cut across horizontally.3) Spread half the jam over the cheese, on the cut side up and top with half the nuts.4) Sandwich the other half on top of the jam and nuts and spread the rest of the jam andnuts on top of the cheese.5) Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 10-15 minutes, but watch it so that you take it outwhile it keeps its shape.6) Serve with crusty bread.
