Jennie McAlpine on Fiz and Hope's cancer story
In one of its most heartbreaking storylines ever, Coronation Street's Fiz Brown is about to receive shocking news about her five-year-old daughter Hope. She has already been through the trauma of discovering her first baby was born with a hole in her heart, but now Hope faces another crisis as she is diagnosed with a highly aggressive cancer.
We went with actress Jennie McAlpine to visit a children's cancer ward, and Jennie joins us today to discuss her experience and the impact filming the storyline had on her.
