Today we meet a victim of the police helicopter snooper Adrian Pogmore, who quite literally considered himself above the law when he used his force helicopter to film people having sex from 1,000ft up in the air.

Having been jailed for a year last week for four counts of misconduct in public office, one of Pogmore’s victims, 53-year-old Tracey Dixon says that her nightmare began in October 2014 when South Yorkshire police informed her they had found footage taken by Pogmore of her sunbathing naked in the secluded garden of her remote home.

It's a total waste of police resources. If it was going over my property just for that reason ... that's a lot of taxpayer's money that has been wasted.

In the 2007 video, the police helicopter circled her home as she lay naked on a sun lounger alongside three of her daughters in bikinis, who were then aged 18, 15 and 8. Having realised that she went to school with Pogmore, Tracey is worried about how long he has been watching her for - a thought she says makes her feel physically sick and utterly humiliated by those she feels she should have been able to trust.
